Ever since the technology upgrade, the Android mobile app has been trouble. After entering my user name and password it tries to connect but nothing happens. Sometimes if I wait 15 or 20 minutes it will connect. Then I have to wait another 15 minutes after choosing to deposit a check. I tried reinstalling, clearing the cache and etc. with no success. Tried it on my wife’s Android phone and had the same trouble. I thought to try it on my Apple iPad and it did work as it should.

Just doesn't work at all on my new Google phone. App closes after ten seconds. For the past month, I can't deposit checks or do much of anything anymore, and just due to that I'm going to have to switch banks. People need money and need bank apps to work. Idk what to do. I've had this bank since I was 8. Opened the account with my father. Very Sad..

App used to work great, now it crashes almost immediately after opening. Tried reinstalling and it's still broken.
