Ratings and reviews

New dashboard is not as user-friendly as before. Longer steps. Unnecessary info on first half of dashboard (account part). And orange is hard to look at. Even can properly scroll on the bottom half. And why is passbook not based on FY. It only shows calendar year.

Bob World is full of bugs. You have to try multiple times just to get anything done. After several attempts, I finally got into the app, but now I can't even set a PIN for my account debit card—it just keeps saying, "Unable to process now, please try again later." The experience has been terrible; even during registration, I faced multiple issues.

Update: Once you have the app setup, very useful features available at the tip of your fingers. Some features are still not available when you click on them but it is improving. Original: Seeing the same issue as many other users... Received OTP but app does not automatically recognize the OTP nor it lets you enter the OTP manually. Endless loop trying to login.. extremely disappointed! Sent complaint online and none of the answers provided were satisfactory or fixing the issue.
