Ratings and reviews

Useless app. It is not opening and displaying message "Please try later" since last many days. I have even cleared the data, catche, uninstalled the app and then reinstalled several times. The same message gets repeated while trying to open. Anyone depending on this app during critical moments and requirement will be left in the lurch. Further the app lacks seemless start to end transactions. Fail to understand how some are rating it 5*.

From the past 15 days Bob World app is not opening. Everytime I'm opening it is showing Please try later. I contacted customer support and de-register and register it from atm 2 times but nothing worked. I have also uninstalled the app several times and reboot the mobile. Please suggest some tips. I cannot share the screenshot of the displayed message because the app doesn't allow it.

The BOB World app has not been working since this morning. Getting "unable to process" error while logging in. I have tried clearing the catch, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, and changing the network, but login still fails. Due to this, I am unable to complete an urgent transaction. Please fix this issue urgently. very disappointing 😡. Kindly look into this issue on priority and resolve it at the earliest. Also please confirm whether this is a server side issue.
