Have been using since long. The net banking as well as these two apps are very user friendly and technically hassle-free. Improving for better. Good experience continues. Presently experiencing some issue in response by the app. Improving services. Highly satisfied. Thanks. However, in the current version, the facility to put a short note on the transactions have been withdrawn. This was very purposeful. Kindly review and resume the facility.

The app locked me out for no reason. And now when I'm trying to reset the password using my transaction PIN, it says the PIN is incorrect even though it's not! I tried calling bob service center but they never pick up. On the rare ocassions they do, they make you talk to their useless chatbot, not an actual human. Horrible service. Very disappointed.

I am having a Very good mobile banking experience with Bob world. Very simple UI and useful features are there. Yes, not to hide that it has bugs like at time of creating and seeing cvv of virtual debit card and doing mmid transaction via it's upi (button) section, but then to it is a great application, even it has more features than bob internet banking, really interesting!!
