Ratings and reviews

The app has options for biometric and PIN login, but it still asks for an OTP every time I log in. That completely defeats the purpose of having biometric or PIN authentication. OTP should only be required for new devices, suspicious activity, or high-risk actions, not for every single login. Please fix this and make the login experience smoother. Currently, it feels unnecessarily slow and frustrating.

⭐ 1 STAR — WORST BANKING APP! Absolutely pathetic experience! The server goes down almost every evening. If you accidentally close the app, reopening it becomes nearly impossible. What kind of banking service is this? The app is extremely unreliable, frustrating, and poorly managed. A banking app should be available when customers need it, not constantly struggle with server issues. Complete waste of time! Fix your servers and this useless app immediately. Definitely not recommended! 👎

Horrible User interface. I think the app is maliciously made as complicated as possible so people cannot do basic stuff like check passbook transactions. You have to mess around with filters and sort to show something that is possible in most other banking apps. Worst of all, the UI changes every three months. Unintuitive for younger people to use and even more horrible for senior citizens to teach. I will be advocating most people to not open a BoB account.
