App was okay, not too great compared to other banking apps, but it did what it had to do. However, for the past 2 days it has completely stopped working. Even reinstalling or updating it doesn't make a difference. Useless. Updated review: today I had my account blocked for the 3rd time in a couple of month because the app keeps crashing when I try to log on and it then registers that somehow as me using the wrong access code

Everything about this is terribly outdated and not user friendly. Payments take days to arrive, only processed during weekdays until 1430. I expect to have control over my money, SEPA is introduced to prevent these delays. Why is there a payment limit to new payees and why can't I switch that off? Why are payments on progress for weeks on end? Why can't I log in with fingerprint? These are table stakes and BoI is not meeting them.

Tried to get mobile banking setup, called activation team, entering details in app worked but then it crashes everytime. Could you help me with this?
