Completely Useless The app worked fine for the first couple months, but now it's completely useless. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall EVERY. FRIGGIN'. TIME! I called the main branch at least five times and was transferred to the computer room, then eventually to the "person over it all", and left numerous messages asking for help with this app. Not once have I ever received a call back. The app is garbage and so is their "customer service" (or lack thereof).

I have to reinstall the app a lot. When it does work it tells me there are no accounts to display. When I needed the app for a important purchase it let me down, had to close the account and move to another bank. Most of the time I can't check my online account so I have to make a trip by the bank. What's the point of having an app when it doesn't work.

I love the app, I can check it anytime I needed to, but, a couple weeks ago I tried checking it and it said that there was a new version and to update it, well it won't let me because it says it's no longer compatible with my phone. Now I have no way of checking my balance or anything unless I call the automated number. I don't have time going through all the nonsense of press 1 press 2, I don't know why ppl can't just leave things the way they are especially when there's nothing wrong with it.
