Completely Useless The app worked fine for the first couple months, but now it's completely useless. The only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall EVERY. FRIGGIN'. TIME! I called the main branch at least five times and was transferred to the computer room, then eventually to the "person over it all", and left numerous messages asking for help with this app. Not once have I ever received a call back. The app is garbage and so is their "customer service" (or lack thereof).

I have to reinstall the app a lot. When it does work it tells me there are no accounts to display. When I needed the app for a important purchase it let me down, had to close the account and move to another bank. Most of the time I can't check my online account so I have to make a trip by the bank. What's the point of having an app when it doesn't work.

Like the old app or website way better. I don't like the way this one looks and it is hard to understand on what is going your account and what is coming out. I don't like seeing only one amount at the top. I liked being able to keep track of my available balance on each transaction. please change it back.
