Ratings and reviews

Horrible. Updates slow, and they claim you can open a new account online but fail to mention it's just an application and you still have to wait for them to call you and go through everything which is outdated by today's standards. Every other banking app can open a new account in seconds. The bank itself is horrible also. I'm closing my account next week.

When logging in or even submitting a check for deposit the submit buttons are always grayed which makes me think the app isn't allowing me to login. If the button could switch to signify everything is ready to submit, would be a better visual que. Also I am unable to access the full account number and ABA routing numbers for giving the account out for transfers. Had to call BOS to see my full account number.

Solid, dependable app. Rarely have any issues, balances and transactions are alwaus up to date, transfers work smoothly, online bill payment is reliable. glad I switched to BoS over a decade ago.
