You guys should consider sending the code to our email addresses. Everytime the system calls for me to enter the code, i enter it correctly and it always says that the code i entered doesn't match(but it completely matches) or the code is expired even though i start pressing the number when i hear the operator start speaking. Even the site is doing the same thing. So please consider using email addresses like other banks. Other banks are not as complicated. Customer service is very bad

Difficult logging in, I don't know why we can't just use our fingerprint to login after the first time we login. I have a bank of Guam app and it's much more easier and convenient than bank pacific. I'm considering that I close this bank account for good and just stick with the other banks.

This thing sucks. It always crashes. It asks me for a password and then forces me to change my password and then crashes. I start it back up and my new password doesnt work. This thing just sucks so much. WORSE bank on guam. Nothing is ever simple or easy with these guys. People on guam actually physically wince when I mention I bank with Bank Pacific.
