Have not been able to connect to mobile app since Saturday morning, 4/25, after 'maintenance' was done. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 8 times. I've tried 3 different wireless connections I've restarted my phone 4 times I've turned phone off and back on 4 times I can access account on web, just not the app. All my other apps work fine. This happens frequently, so very frustrating!

This is a standard banking app. I have not been blown away, but it works and is functional. It is simple and fairly easy to use. The only gripe I have is the search function doesn't always work fluidly. Like I would like to be able to type keyword in and the app would bring up all transactions with that, but sometimes it comes up blank sometimes it shows unrelated stuff. Biometrics work well on my device. The bill payer function could be smoother, but it works for my purposes.

when it works it is fine it just never works when I need it Always searching for a connection but it doesn't matter if I am using WiFi or 4G it is searching. Sometimes it works which surprises me. I switched to BECU because their App works I like Banner Bank better but not their IT department. Thanks for the reply but I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still doesnt work. tried logging on with passcode and regular sign on and same result.
