Ratings and reviews

This app over all has not been up with the times. My business account with another bank (Bank of Marin) was more up to date with transactions in 1994 when I opened that account. I'm also irritated at having to upgrade my account late at night when all I wanted to do was check my balance. Banner Bank could have texted me there was an upgrade since they have six days from Sunday to contact me. Since this is only about the App I'm not going to go into the antiquated hold time on a check deposit

Edit: Can't access anything now and it's acting like my account doesn't exist. Great. All the "help" info is totally useless too. This is so frustrating. And it started with being utterly unable to access the credit card side of things. Which had ZERO suggestions on how to fix that either! Just unusable for no reason. So incredibly inconvenient.

Extremely unreliable app. You can never trust the amount it says is in your actual account because their system is so poor that it can be completely different from the number listed. If you have to check your balance over the weekend, good luck. Also, they are constantly performing "maintenance" on their servers. I don't know what for, since there are never any changes and the app just seems to get worse. My suggestion, just go to am ATM and skip this poor excuse for an app.
