I have always loved this app. Having my results, upcoming appointments, refill requests, etc right at my fingertips is awesome. But for several weeks now I can even sign in. I put my username and password in and the sign in button never highlights or responds. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc and nothing works. Super frustrated. 😒😤

I sign in and every time I try to reschedule an appointment, the app crashes. Even the website is stuck in a loop. What's the point of having this service if it doesn't even work? Looks like I will have to try calling as a last resort. At least TMC all sites work, even their App works.

This App is the absolute worst! Password problems abound, signing in for my appointment is impossible. Tomorrow's appointment isn't even listed as well as numerous past appointments. I rate it a -1 out of 5.
