The back key to go back to the main page from the refill list is all the way at the top and the information bar so when you get the navigation key at the bottom it closes the app and you have to start over after each prescription beyond annoying we're trying to order medicine DO BETTER

In order to create an account you have to have an existing prescription with them. That's backwards. Let me create an account so that I can get my prescriptions filled, no? Also, when I try to transfer a prescription without creating an account, the app keeps changing my birthday back to the apps default date.

This app is basically useless. It loads the landing page, but when you press on any of the menu options, they don't ever load, it just stays on that same page. Very disappointing!
