Terrible experience with activating our joint account. When asked to enter last name and identification it consistently rejects inputs. Also the instructions are not clear. This will cause me to unnecessarily go to the bank to wait in line to see if they can do it. Follow up. Went to the bank and they could not sign either. They explained that due to bugs in the system the application will be released late June. Why don't they tell frustrated users this vital information? Mucho mejor ahora 😃

DO NOT RECOMMEND they offered me a card which I accepted. It's been more than a week and my card it's still not activated. I contact customer service and their response was to wait for a text message ❌ additionally the app it's useless

The app is too slow, constantly glitching or not working. It's annoying.

What's new

1. We added email notifications for transactional events.
2. We strengthened security with the inclusion of more SMS notifications.
3. We improved transparency by showing the list of transactional permissions in the onboarding process.
4. We included the option to deactivate your mobile token from the options menu.

In addition, we made minor corrections to existing functions that improve the performance of the application.
