The most unstable mobile banking app I have ever used. The app doesn't let you log in from time to time during the day. It happens very often, and no matter how much you complain, they don't care about their customers' experience and don't fix this basic issue. Also, very often, it takes too long to confirm a single transaction; it takes forever until you get a fingerprint confirmation popup.

Critical login issues with "My Invest" This app's investment features are currently not ready for public use. I have been unable to log in to the "My Invest" section for nearly a month, leaving me entirely unable to manage my investments. Despite contacting support and waiting over a week, the issue remains unresolved. A financial app requires absolute reliability, which MyAmeria lacks right now. I highly recommend avoiding this app for investments until the development team properly tests it.

Recent change of terms and conditions added DEFAULT SMS fee of 15 amd, and after seeing many illegal charges from my account I shut it down. I am sure many users even did not notice it. Isn't it illegal to charge you without explicitly showing the amount of service when you are agreeing to the term and conditions? I hope many users will see this and rate the application accordingly. Even after speaking with the bank representative she said I had to read terms and conditions sent over the email

Dear Vachik, please be informed that the Bank offers an alternative, free option for receiving notifications about card transactions via Push notifications in MyAmeria mobile application. You can activate the service through simple actions, by selecting the respective card in the app and editing the notification method in settings.
