App is not user friendly, loads LOT of adds before the important information that we require. I am trying to install in my new device and asked for biometrics, added everything and app says is all good but I am not able to use it as it is asking me to follow process again.

The worst experience with a Fintech. The app didn't work for some days, and when I tried to reach out someones help, none can't do it. Then, they responded me 48 hrs later! Money is one of the most important things for people! And well, they took my money from the investment to pay the credit card, and the payment from another account hasn't been achieved. A mess! I hat them.
