The software needs to be seriously updated. Continuous trouble logging in. And staying connected. Not user-friendly. customer service had declined, international transaction that take minutes with this bank takes more than 2 weeks after you call them a lot, bad service, I will close my account there.

the app became useless after the last update. NO TRANSACTION CAN BE MADE. and old problems: (1) you can't start using the app on a new device - you must visit the office and setup "token digital" (2) some updates are mandatory - you can't open the app but what if you are abroad/at the foreign airport? so, the app could (?) be good, but only in the DR.
