the app *could* do its job. 1 star - because updates make the app unusable. (1) recently it became impossible to exchange currency after 3pm. (2) "el token digital" became obligatory, now it is impossible to start using the app on a new device without visiting the bank (3) sometimes we CAN NOT update the app, but now updates are frequent and mandatory. And what if you are abroad/at the foreign airport? so, the app could (?) be good, but only in the DR. Be careful with the app outside the country

The Banreservas App has improved signigicantly in the past few months, particularly as a result of the introduction of the digital token. A recommended improvement is to shorten the lag time between touching 'enter' and when the App loads.

App does not work, the image doesn't fit my screen. Was trying to register through the app and it is an imposible task for me. I can't even select the fields to write my personal information and adding to that is the fact that i can't make anything fit my screen properly. Please fix the app or make a new one cause its not good at all.
