Sometimes I can not open (bugs?). Also unable at times to use Zelle. The Android app --as well as the Windows app-- is poorly designed: it's difficult to find what you are looking for and the messages are confusing and misleading. In addition, the bank services are bad too, limited hours for customer service over the phone

Been trying to use the Zelle feature but it's not loading for me. I've tried uninstalling the app. I've tried restarting my phone. Nothing seems to be getting this to work it's super frustrating 😮‍💨. Other than that the app works great. Well I looks like they fix that feature and upgrade everything else so that app is actually functioning very well. I'm satisfied 😊.

love the bank. and when I need anything my banking officer is always there to help. I see alot of people commenting about zelle. I called my banking officer and she was able to fix the issues I was having. my zelle is working great.
