To begin with, this app offers a promo plan without warning you about its validity period, or that all the money will be lost if you don’t use it within a day. Then you find out that, on top of that, you also have to deposit €15 into your balance—and of course, you’ll never get that money back. And yes… in the Help section it says that your account must have at least €1, but you can’t top up with less than €15. So in total, the minimum amount you need to get started is €35. There are no refunds—

The UI is slow and confusing. The battery indication is displayed as range (in km) instead of a simple charge percentage, which is inaccurate at best and deceitful at worst. The map becomes so small that it's almost unusable once you select one of the bikes. There's no way to keep a support chat session open if you need to go back to the app. There's lots of room for improvement.

The app works fine and the availability of cargo bikes is a welcome addition to the sharing ecosystem, but there's a fatal flaw: payments are designed around non refundable prepaid wallets. Why? Why can't you just be charged for what you've used, like with any honest service? If you contact them, you can get your wallet back free of charge *once*.

Hi Thomas, thanks for your feedback. Wallet credit is always refundable. We ask riders to have at least €1 in the wallet as a payment fraud prevention measure. We can refund the balance to your payment method for free once. We only pass on the payment transaction fees if this happens very frequently for one account, which has never happened so far.
