WorkSpace: clients - a convenient application for booking clients for appointments and maintaining a client database.

The application is free and without restrictions on use.

Designed for both individual specialists and teams when synchronization of shared workspaces is important. The application is also convenient to use for companies, studios, and salons due to a flexible system for distributing access rights and visibility of data between participants.

- Instant access to recent contacts
You can instantly go to the client’s card or create an entry while communicating with the client via instant messengers or on a call. The client does not need to be searched in the general list of the client base.

- Different workspaces
Work simultaneously with records and clients, both personal and from different teams, by quickly switching between workspaces. The data and clients of different teams are unique and do not mix.

- Continuous collaboration
The application was created using modern and reliable technologies, which allows for safe operation, including offline. All data is automatically synchronized in real time between all devices and all team members. Data is synchronized with the cloud and is reliably protected from loss.

- Online registration and business card
You can flexibly configure the display of a business card on an individual web page, as well as the ability to register online. A mechanism for confirming records and notifying clients has been implemented. To calculate available online booking time, resources, shared workspaces and tools, simultaneous bookings, scheduling and more are taken into account...

- Reminders to clients
Local notifications and sending reminders to clients via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, SMS. Reminders are sent from the current phone (in the settings you can select which member of the team will send reminders, and updating data in real time will avoid duplicating messages to the client). Flexible scheduling of reminders and notifications.

- Cards of clients and entries in lists
Designed to be as informative and compact as possible. Complete information about the client and records without unnecessary clicks.

- Working with files
Ability to attach photos and files to customer cards and records.

- Integration with Google Calendar
The ability to synchronize all your entries and entries from teams in Google Calendar.

- Schedule and working hours
Set up a general schedule and an individual schedule for each specialist. The schedule can be quickly adjusted for a specific period of time, or the available time for recording can be changed for any day.
