I tried to place an order through the app and when you try to proceed to the payment screen and message pops up stating, "Error validating order". It did this when I was on the app and tried through the website. Since it won't let me place an order, I have to go with eating from another comparable restaurant - Chipotle.

The old app, and rewards system, was much better. This app is not easier to use. Transfer process that did not transfer the free meal reward that was previously unlocked. This app change caused me to go from a weekly regular to suggesting other places when friends want to meet.

You had such a great app and reward system and downgraded to this? Why? I have only used it twice, and I don't know if I will waste my time ever using it again. I'm 99% sure the first time I used it that I had a large cheese dip missing from my order, but I didn't get a receipt, so I didn't have any proof that I ordered it. The old app kept a copy of the receipt but not this trashy one. Also, I could pay from the old app, which made everything so much quicker and easier. I just don't understand.
