Ratings and reviews

I wanted to use this app instead of going through the delivery services. But the app doesn't allow you to report an issue with your order. I was missing two items and I had to call the store to let them know. They said they would adjust my receipt which I was grateful for but the adjustment was only for one of the items. At least with the delivery apps you can report an issue. For that reason I would not suggest using this app until they can implement reporting an issue with your order.

It's a good app but my one criticism is It's 2026. Why on earth is there no option to put the sauce on the side. It's frustrating for the customer who always has to either slap sauce on their food they don't want or constantly ask for sauce when they go to pick up the order. And it has to be frustrating for the employee too who thought once they put the order in the bag, they were done with it...

I tried to place an order through the app and when you try to proceed to the payment screen and message pops up stating, "Error validating order". It did this when I was on the app and tried through the website. Since it won't let me place an order, I have to go with eating from another comparable restaurant - Chipotle.
