🏋️ START YOUR TRAINING SESSION
Tap Start Training on the home screen to begin. On your first session of the day, Pull-Up Streak asks you to choose a daily goal: 50 reps or 100 reps. Pick the target that matches your fitness level for that day.
If you already started today, Pull-Up Streak opens your active session instantly so you can continue logging reps where you left off. Each new calendar day begins fresh — yesterday's session is saved, and today starts with a clean counter while your streak history remains intact.
📊 TRACK REPS WITH QUICK-ADD BUTTONS
The training screen centers on a large rep counter surrounded by a circular progress ring. Your daily goal appears above the ring, and your current streak in days is shown below so motivation remains visible throughout the workout.
Log reps fast with four quick-add buttons:
• +1 — add a single rep after each pull-up
• +5 — log a short set of five
• +8 — record a medium set of eight
• +10 — capture a full set of ten
Count one rep at a time for strict accuracy, or tap +10 after finishing a set. Pull-Up Streak updates your total immediately and animates the progress ring so you always know how many reps remain.
🔥 BUILD AND MAINTAIN YOUR STREAK
Consistency is the core of Pull-Up Streak. When you reach your daily goal, your streak increases by one day. The streak carries forward from the previous day only if you completed yesterday's goal — miss a day and the counter resets to zero.
Seeing your streak in days on screen creates a powerful reason to return tomorrow. Small daily wins compound into weeks and months of dedicated pull-up practice.

Hit your daily target and Pull-Up Streak opens the results screen with a Goal Reached message:
• Total Reps — pull-ups logged today
• Daily Goal — the target you set this morning
• Current Streak — consecutive days you completed your goal
• Personal Record — your highest single-day rep count
• Days Completed — total days you completed your goal
Tap Add More Reps to return to the counter and push beyond your target. Tap Finish Day to close the app with your progress safely stored.
🔄 RESET TODAY WHEN NEEDED
Made a counting mistake? The Reset Today button sets your rep counter back to zero for the current day. Your streak and historical records remain untouched — only today's count resets.
