This app is free of charge, except for cloud storage to store data from the IP camera if you don't want to save it to a micro SD card.

it works very well. but i haven't tried the playback feature yet. my colleagues tried some microsd but the camera can't detected the card. maybe you can suggest what requirements and brand for microsd that is supported by the camera. i hope you can reply this review with the recpmmendation. thank you

All of my devices, is becoming error, already restart to reconnection, but always not conneted, and always blinking.. This happened since last update firmware on the devices.

My light not working after a year, just slow flashes and have to go through whole setup every time I turn it on to connect. App constantly asks to share precise location data, there is 0 need for this, the light and phone are in the same local network. I liked it while it worked so will probably try switching to find a more consistent reliable brand that doesn't require sharing my exact location 24/7 to turn on a light bulb. Already been through support, remains unresolved.
