This application is free without being charged anything except cloud memory for storing data from ipcamera if you don't want to store it on a micro SD card.

My light not working after a year, just slow flashes and have to go through whole setup every time I turn it on to connect. App constantly asks to share precise location data, there is 0 need for this, the light and phone are in the same local network. I liked it while it worked so will probably try switching to find a more consistent reliable brand that doesn't require sharing my exact location 24/7 to turn on a light bulb. Already been through support, remains unresolved.

I use it for lamp, it's great given the price. I've to give credit to the apps, it's intuitive and user friendly enough. But there's a problem, 8 out of 10 it failed to register command and shows device offline. I need to turn the wifi on/off or restart the apps. After mostly 6 or 7 tries, finally get the command working once, then it tells me devices offline again. I don't mind it happens twice or thrice, but everyday?. Not unusable, but often unreliable.

I use the LED flowing strip. For some reason, i can't even make all the lights a single color anymore. For example, if i want to make the colors all blue, random scattered parts will either be shut off or a different color. I have to repeatedly change the color over and over again until it's the specified one i want. Even after that, some parts are still a different color. It's honestly pissing me off at this point, and the app has a lot of bugs and issues. Some pages will get stuck or lag.
