our service writer was great! he exudes confidence and made us feel our car was in good hands. the waiting areas at Flow are very comfortable with plenty of snacks and drinks.

I tried to create an account and got the error "Unfreeze your credit. Unfreeze your Experian credit file to create a FlowGarage account.". Sorry, I'm just here for service, not to finance a car. There is no valid reason access my credit file in order to see my service history. The app requests only public info for their fraud prevention, meaning it would be ineffective. Forcing credit freeze removal reduces user's security while the app sends more personal data for Experian too collect.

Awful, it won't accept my email address, it won't accept my license photos, it won't accept my license plate number. I've been trying to communicate with you via this app since I dropped my car off four hours ago, and still can't get in, so I haven't any idea of the progress or lack thereof on my vehicle. Very frustrating!
