Just awful experience.. Can't log in half the time. I get " oops something went wrong, try again later". I try and reset my password and get the same thing. Can't find any help. I get mail failure notice mailing support.

Freezes constantly, closes out with each touch, can't update information, my new car info still isn't synced after a year, the dealership can't get my phone # right after almost 5 years, and somehow the app shows my wife's name in settings. Running on Pixel 8 Pro fully updated. Awful app for service updates, since the app crashes and doesn't work.

I tried to create an account and got the error "Unfreeze your credit. Unfreeze your Experian credit file to create a FlowGarage account.". Sorry, I'm just here for service, not to finance a car. There is no valid reason access my credit file in order to see my service history. The app requests only public info for their fraud prevention, meaning it would be ineffective. Forcing credit freeze removal reduces user's security while the app sends more personal data for Experian too collect.
