Download this app because OVO Invest has an asset transfer process, but the progress has not been completed until now, contact customer service via chat but it always end with no solution as they are too slow to respond, even though I call the contact service center, but nobody answers. Super not responsive

The display of this app is so good and understandable. It has many products, to be more various. It has financial news, to be more informative. It has ability to track financial record, to be more transparent and professional. It has simulation, to be more practical and instructive. I give 4 star because this app is great but still has many issues to handle. Like its error, its reports processing's time, its registration, its transfer confirmation, etc.

Bareksa app has come a long way, yet it's only the UI evolved. You guys need to implement a feature that is standard for every investment app today. I'm talking about 2FA using authenticator app. The UI is good enough now, yet i think i will like it more if it has a dark mode. Dark mode will preserve the battery more for me, and it's also easier to look at when i'm on dimly lit places.
