Very very bad experience with them. Everytime there was an issue either with product or service. First time, one item was missing. Second time 02 expired products were send. Last time, I made payment on credit card, which failed due to error. So I made cash on delivery but after few days my credit card was charged with 03 transactions. And still I am awaiting return of those transactions. Grocer app team is helpful but seems like the company infrastructure is not upto that standard yet.

Good service with very competitive prices. There packaging is the best I have seen among similar service providers. The vegetables are always fresh and without blemishes. I have just two issues. I exclusively use a credit card to pay. Occasionally, there will be a small 16 or 5 rupee negative credit on my inapp wallet. They should really fix this. Second, they don't remove the useless leaves and stalks on vegetables like radishes and these weigh almost as much as the actual product you pay for.

This is a very good app but there is a problem,we can't order any item because whenever we give location they say we are not operating in this area and to check that whether it is really because of our location or it is the issue with the app itself we enter many other locations and still the app was saying that they are not operating in all of the areas we enter
