One of the worst apps to redeem rewards. The amount of otps and security checks feels like this is a pain. I claimed three vouchers but each one has an OTP verification. During billing, one vouchers otp did not work and after three tries it stopped loading. I had to pay the pending amount from my pocket and now I have a voucher that I might not use because of the useless security measures in place. No one is going to open this app if my phone is lost. That's the last thing they'll do.

Easily one of the worst app experiences I’ve had. I’ve been trying to redeem my points for gift vouchers for four days now, but every single attempt fails with an "unforeseen error" or "daily limit exceeded"—even though I haven’t been able to redeem a single point. What’s the point of earning rewards if you can’t use them? To make matters worse, customer support is completely useless, giving the same generic reply without actually resolving the issue. Extremely frustrating.

With the recent update, No offers are there for non corporate accounts. Which makes this app useless for non corporate accounts. Either mention on your app that non corporates will get offer or simply email them about account deletion. So that a user don't waste his time on this app. Thanks
