Very Poor Cashback Tracking & Support In the last 2–3 months, I’ve placed multiple orders via Vantage Circle on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart, but not a single order was tracked, hence no cashback was credited. Support team provides false information and keeps us waiting for months. Initially support team confirmed that Amazon and Flipkart orders are tracked (Ticket 342725). Now same support person is saying orders are not tracked. Ticket 342725 for a Myntra order is also still unresolved.

I am using wantage app from last 1.4 years and my experience with vantage circle has been good. However, there are many products within the directed websites that are not eligible for the offer. It's very difficult for the user to check and validate if the particular product is eligible for points or not. Also, the order tracking mechanism needs to be improved. I hardly receive any messages confirming that the order is tracked (especially for websites other than Amazon and Flipkart)
