Very disappointed with this insurance. They require documents that are typically not provided by the vet in my country, so I can't make a single claim to them. They are cheap sure, but I think I'll just ask my vet which insurance is affiliated with them, it'll be easier.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Please never download this app or sign a contract with them if you don’t want to be deceived. They are scammers. I deeply regret giving them my money because they completely violate the terms of the contract and do absolutely everything to avoid paying you a single cent. They do not respond to any complaints. Never deal with Barkibu!You will only communicate with chatbots that provide inaccurate information
