Ratings and reviews

Kinda' lame that you have to scan or manually enter a barcode/code from the receipt to get points. The receipt didn't have a barcode/code, so can't do it anyway. Almost seems like an app was made just to collect names and phone numbers for data mining. Why not have a member number that is given to the bartender/server when they are preparing your receipt for payment like every other reward membership program? The way it works now provides incentive for the bartender/server to not give the receipt back after payment and save them until the end of the night and enter them into a fake account they've made and get the points themselves. Entering date of birth is a bit off, I've used a lot of apps and work for a software company, so I figured it out after a few failures, but an older or less tech savvy person would have a hard time, and I see more complaints about this in other reviews. New reward program and new app, hopefully the reviews are taken seriously and some updates are made.

The food was great, service not so much. The server never came back to check after dropping off food. I would have liked to order another round of drinks, but was never asked. I don't like the fact that once handed the electronic device to pay, you don't see an itemized check but instead are given the screen for the amount of tip to apply. I had to ask for an itemized bill. I think as a guest of the restaurant, I shouldn't have to ask for the check. This is just basic service!

Navigation is very poor. Using coupons requires manually entering them even after activating them in the app. Everytime an order is placed it asks for location again with no way of defaulting to that location. Navigating away from your order then back will completely clear the cart and require you to select a new location. Sign up button doesn't give the proper error feedback when entering only 1 name. Overall a very poor experience.
