About this app

Created by Lic. Javier Fadón to quantify training of H.I.T characteristics

Unlike other applications, this TIMER can be used while carrying out other tasks with the mobile phone, such as video calls, music playback, video playback, among others.

Other characteristics to highlight is the registration of the concept "real time and density of effort"

This timer is useful for the following formats according to the classification of Buchheit M, Lauressen P, 2013:

Long Interval (Interval method)
Short Interval or H.I.I.E (Intermittent passes)
S.I.T (Interval Sprint Training)
R.S.A.T (Accumulated Sprint Resistance Training)

Especially in the formats of intermittent passes and e R.S.A.T, it can be dosed and registered with or without the presence of COD (Change of direction).

Although it can also be adapted to work of moderate intensity using the "variable continuous and its variants" method, leaving this possibility to the user's creativity.

It is also useful to quantify training in Neuromuscular Circuit format and / or also R.H.I.E (Repeated High-Intensity Exercise)

In the "preferences" you can dose your training.

Beyond that the recommendation is to use a validated intermittent test to prescribe intermittent formats, such as 30.15IFT (Buchheit M) or TIVEDEC (Ferrer G, from Argentina), you can use some test that allows obtaining VAM (aerobic speed maximum) and prescribe based on it.

Just by adding the VAM or VMI in m / s (maximum intermittent speed) obtained in a valid test for that purpose and then placing the% of intensity at which you want to work, along with the effort time, this application automatically calculates the distance of each pass, with or without changes of direction and the total volume in meters to be carried out according to the rest of the loaded variables.

The intensity can be expressed in% of the maximum speed of reference used for the works of passes or according to a scale of subjective perception of effort / effort for the circuits, such as the Borg scale.

At the moment, for training registration, we recommend taking screenshots and storing them in your cloud.
