App never works. Doesn't send any reminders. Uninstalling the app and re installing the app as suggested by staff is not a solution to a problem with the app.

Cant access the app. Have to put pin in every view. Staff very unhelpful.

Wont let me in at all. Just keeps returning to login details. The old version was very simple and efficient.
