notifications on app is completely broken doesn't matter if it's turned off or on you don't get any notification on your phone to remind you to put the bins out having that problem on old phone and even on new phone you can see the reminder when you go into the app but you don't get any notification on your phone telling you to put the bins out

Never get notifications. I can't access the lift history now either. The app definitely needs to be updated. I have done all the usual things like turn it off and on and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still have all the same issues.

This app never functions fully. The only in app option that ever works is the 'pay a bill' tab. All other functions provide an error message
