Share staff schedules, view day/week/month, filter by person and copy days or weeks.

BarnPilot Service Pro puts equestrian invoicing and scheduling in one place, with your clients, their horses, services and estimates close at hand.

Built for farriers, trainers, riding instructors, professional riders, boarding farms, equine veterinarians, groomers, braiders and clipping services, plus equine massage, PEMF, shockwave and red light practitioners. Choose your specialties and create a catalog that fits your business.

CLIENTS, HORSES, AND FARMS
Keep each client's horses together, with contact details, service history, and notes. Record where each horse lives, including farm addresses and arrival instructions. A client's horses can be at different farms.

A SCHEDULE THAT FITS THE WORK
Plan one-time visits and standing appointments from a week or month calendar. Keep appointment notes and private lesson or ride preparation with the visit. Share an appointment or your day’s schedule using your phone’s sharing options.

CLIENT REMINDERS
With reminder activation and written or online client consent, send SMS reminders 24 hours before a visit. Clients can confirm, cancel, or request a new time for you to approve. Automatic texts are currently in English.

YOUR SERVICES, YOUR PRICES
Set your own services and prices. Bill individual work or offer optional packages, with total, used, booked and available sessions kept separate.

ESTIMATES AND INVOICES
Prepare and edit estimates, then turn accepted estimates into invoices. Build invoices from completed visits or add your own items. Include your business logo and share documents by email or text. Add a Square payment link, or mark an invoice paid when payment arrives another way. Recording the payment method is optional. Print invoices or save and share a PDF.

MONTHLY SERVICES AND SHOW DAYS
Prepare monthly invoice drafts for training, riding, grooming, and boarding, then review them before sending. Keep show horses, classes, rings, and arrival times together without requiring a separate daily charge.

HORSE PHOTOS AND BEFORE-AND-AFTER RECORDS
Add an optional horse profile photo for a quick visual reference. Attach up to four before photos and four after photos to an appointment. Share an individual photo or one grouped image for each stage.

FARM STOPS AT A TAP
Arrange your day's farm stops and open the address in Google Maps or Waze. Service Pro remembers your preferred navigation app.

BarnPilot Service Pro is a standalone business app. A separate BarnPilot Equestrian account is not required.

LANGUAGE, CURRENCY, AND TEAM
App language choices include English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Choose USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, MXN or CHF for your business; no automatic currency conversion. Work solo or choose an Enterprise plan for up to five people, including the owner.

SUBSCRIPTION
A monthly subscription is required. US plans cost $29.99 for one person, including the owner, plus $20 per additional person, up to five people total. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial, followed by the selected plan’s monthly price. Google Play shows the final local price and offer eligibility before purchase. Payment is processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Pricing is per person, not per device.
