This is literally useless. Does not do anything, it keeps freezing and you don't receive notifications, you cannot track your order, basically the only thing that you can do is the "questions and answers" but i would recommend you to use the BM cargo website. That's the one I've been using so far. Don't waste your time using this crappy app.

I would give 0 stars if possible. My wife and I have used BM Cargo 5 separate times. They have managed to lose 4 of our packages and attempt to give me someone elses package. 3 of the lost packages were eventually found after a LOT of effort and time on our behalf trying to get BMCargo to look for them. The last package was delivered to the Miami reception but BMCargo say they didn't receive it. I would highly recommend using a more reliable service like EPS who is more efficient, faster at sending packages, and much more attentive to emails and communicating. Avoid BMCargo at all costs. Le daría 0 estrellas si es posible. Mi esposa y yo hemos usado BM Cargo 5 veces por separado. Han logrado perder 4 de nuestros paquetes e intentan darme el paquete de otra persona. 3 de los paquetes perdidos finalmente se encontraron después de MUCHO esfuerzo y tiempo de nuestra parte tratando de que BMCargo los buscara. El último paquete fue entregado en la recepción de Miami pero BMCargo dice que no lo recibieron. Recomiendo encarecidamente usar un servicio más confiable como EPS, que es más eficiente, más rápido para enviar paquetes y mucho más atento a los correos electrónicos y las comunicaciones.

Terrible update ..there's no use for me to see the packages that I've collected from the store months ago while I have to struggle to see what is on its way ... Who ever did this update just screwed an app that used to work well ... Not happy hear please fix this ... Old package information is useless in my opinion
