CarLog is a calm, private logbook for your car. It answers the two questions no glovebox can — when did I last do this, and how far until it's due again — while quietly tracking what the car really costs to run.
Your records stay on your phone. There is no account, no subscription and no cloud. Export a backup whenever you like; it is your data.
WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Fuel and charging — a fill-up takes seconds. Full-tank fuel economy (L/100 km, km/L or MPG) is calculated automatically, and partial fill-ups are handled correctly.
• Services and repairs — oil changes, brakes, tires, belts and more, with parts, part numbers, labor and receipt photos.
• Expenses — insurance, tax, parking, tolls, car washes, fines; one-off or recurring.
• Documents — insurance, registration, inspection and other papers, each with its expiry date and a photo or PDF.
REMINDERS THAT UNDERSTAND CARS
• By date, by distance, or both — "every 10,000 km or 12 months", whichever comes first.
• Built on your service history: log an oil change and set the next one in a tap; recurring reminders move forward on their own.
• Local notifications on your phone only. Snooze a reminder, or mark it done.
INSIGHTS
• Dashboard: what is due next, this month's costs, your latest entries.
• Fuel economy trend per vehicle, cost per mile or km, costs by category.
• Monthly cost trend and total cost of ownership — this month, last month, this year or any range you choose.
• Export to CSV, or share a service-history PDF when you sell the car.
BUILT FOR THE WHOLE GARAGE
• Any number of vehicles: gasoline, diesel, LPG, CNG, hybrid, bi-fuel and electric (kWh).
• Metric or imperial units, a choice of currencies, light and dark themes.
• Gentle gamification: a Garage Score and badges for keeping the log up to date — never for spending money.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Works fully offline. No account and no sign-in; your entries are never uploaded.
• Back up to a file and restore anywhere; optional automatic backups to a folder you choose.
• Free, supported by ads from Google AdMob: a small banner and an occasional, frequency-capped ad. Nothing is locked.
