I like the app and functionality. I am having an issue connecting to my scale though. I've paid for the full year subscription. Entered all my products. I've sent several emails over the issue. I've had it over 4 or 5 months and not been able to put this into action. I believe this app will work perfect for what we need. I think more than anything it's operator error on my end. I would like to be able to speak to someone to help me set this up further. Thanks and absolutely great content!!!!

$60 a month, I guess you get what you pay for. Barpatrol has shoddy backend servers or junk coding. We are switching to a different service. Every inventory we have sync issues, duplicates that are created, and if you back out and resume where you left off over half of the time it starts in some completely random spot forcing you to count again, or wait some unknown amount of time when it desides to update correctly. People have the same issues on iOS so it's not an app issue.

The owner keeps responding this is a subscription based service which is fine but unfortunately their app needs a redevelopment because it's functionality is lacking. I say this because upon download it prompts you to enter email and login or email activation but nowhere to actually sign up for the service. I'm presuming you need to do this from a desktop OS and in a day where mobile is king, that's poor operations. Fix this issue and I can fix my review.
