About this app

Barrister Technician App is an application which can be used by contracted technician professionals who are servicing Barrister clients. The App has various features which will help technicians perform services for us with ease.
Using the App, the Technician can easily: See Available Work Orders in their area; directly accept the work orders they desire assuming they have passed the qualifying tests for the equipment to be serviced; service work order by specifying ETA; submit paper work online; and provides other features related to service. Technicians can specify, at their profile level, their working hour availability, the way they wish to receive payment, submit online W9 information, and manage their Base Address and distance of work area to view available work order in respective area.

needs work, Need to be able to copy and paste WO# from work order page and need to be able to press point of Contact's number to dial it. Plus closing out tickets is way too long and redundant. Close out simply needs to say arrival, departure, what did you do?, and return tracking number or Dell case #, and a place for attachments (files or pictures). and that's it!

This app still needs a lot of work till this day I refuse to close any of my calls through the app just because the design is horrible. It should be a easy process to close but its not they ask way to many questions to close a call to much data entry we are not paid to enter data into there app. First thing I learned in college was KISS KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID I follow this to a tee. I use the app to checkin and to map to the client other than that I email them the close info done.

App has not improved... It is going backwards. Previous update caused photos of work to no longer upload... Recent update, Now can't open Work Order rfs file. After posting this, a fresh update was released and rfs files can be opened again. Will see if other issues are resolved.
