About this app

BarSight Tables is a real-time table and guest management app designed for restaurants, bars, and event venues. Built as part of the BarSight platform, it gives your front-of-house team everything they need to run a smooth, organized floor.

-Live Floor View
See your entire dining room at a glance. Tables are color-coded by status — empty, seated, or selected — and update instantly across all connected devices via a live WebSocket connection. Pan and zoom the floor plan to fit any layout.

-Guest & Waitlist Management
Add walk-ins and reservations to a live guest list. Track each guest's status — waiting, seated, or pending — and seat them with a tap. Search and filter by name, phone number, or status to find anyone in seconds.

-Drag-to-Reposition Layout
Rearrange tables on the fly to match your current floor setup. Custom layouts sync in real time to all connected tablets, and you can reset to the default with a single tap.

-Guest Messaging
Send templated or custom SMS and email messages directly from the app — notify guests when their table is ready, send reminders, or communicate delays. Message usage is tracked and capped based on your subscription plan.

-Offline Resilience
Lost your connection? The app automatically falls back to polling every 5 minutes and syncs after every action, so your team stays up to date even when the live connection drops.

BarSight Tables is an add-on for existing BarSight subscribers. A BarSight account and active subscription are required.
