It won't let me log in. I tried several times, and it always says my password is not correct. I reset it, and it still says the same thing even though I know it's correct. I can log in to the websight online with no issues using the same password. This app has issues. I wouldn't recommend it.

Cannot log in. I have tried several times with same username and password that logs me in the website; however, the same username and password does not work in the app. App keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect. I have reset my password several times & it still will not log me in the app. I can log into the website with no problems. I have emailed Bartesian about this issue and I have not gotten a response.

I have been trying to log in to the app, but it continues to tell me the password is incorrect. I went through several emails with support, and their end result was to log in online. There is an app available that I would like to use, but I can't. Please fix this issue.
