Widad is a staffing marketplace that connects businesses with independent workers for temporary hospitality, events and cleaning opportunities.

Widad has separate experiences for Business/Client accounts and Worker accounts.

Business/Client accounts can post temporary shifts with role, date, time, location and pay information. They can review workers who express interest, select workers, manage their shifts and review submitted working hours.

Worker accounts can create a profile, complete required verification information, browse available temporary shifts, apply for suitable opportunities, view selected and upcoming shifts, submit working hours after completing a shift and keep track of their work activity.

Temporary opportunities may include waiting staff, bartenders, barbacks, baristas, kitchen porters, cleaners and event staff.

Widad also includes an area where eligible businesses can promote relevant services to users.

Widad provides tools for businesses and workers to manage temporary staffing and shift activity through one platform.

Features displayed in the app depend on the account type. Business/Client and Worker accounts have different dashboards and functionality. Availability of shifts depends on businesses posting opportunities in your area.
