-11/9/20- Developer suggestion worked. the feature is still a bad UI/UX feature. The only video app I've used that mutes audio when phone is on silent. -11/5/20- Interesting idea, the controls took some guessing but not getting any audio to play from the films. The screen brightness is an odd up and down controll and still not sure about the volume, but I did get it to show me that my volume was at Max...still no audio. They should just let the native controls manage the app.

I recently subscribed using Google Play as the payment channel. Neither this app nor the website recognizes that I paid for a month's subscription. Please, I beg you, either apply the subscription to the account I used, or refund me. The email address I used starts with the word "mobile". I already emailed your customer support as well.

This app needs to be updated or something. I entered my email incorrectly and the acct was set up anyway. When I tried to correct it said my correct email was invalid. Would not allow me to access my profile to make an update on my email. I know this was a 3 mo subscription but I wanted my info to be correct to receive notifications and updates to my account. The app is very slow and timed out several times or didnt come up at all.
