mixed bag for me so far. the app is nice but doesn't display battery percentage. billing so far has been inconsistent. I have to stay on top of them to make sure I'm billed correctly. customer service is lacking. rarely do you get a name of the person you have interacted with, just a text message with a resolution. usage history absolutely needs to be accessible in the app. then there's grid support. they say you'll get bill credits to offset the battery charging and distribution chrgs. 🤞

Every time the system switches between grid power and battery power, it *causes* a long enough outage that my microwave loses its clock, and sometimes so do my ovens. For a system that is supposed to prevent outages, it effectively does the opposite, multiple times per day. Additionally, the app has been made more useless over time, and now won't even show the current percentage charge level of the batteries.

so far one of the best companies that I have dealt with. friendly and professional installers that went above and beyond. installation included a free surge protector for the house. the energy tracking features are very helpful for managing use. the system looks nice. I haven't detected any glitches with the app so far. so far at least, I can't believe that this is a utility company... they actually act like they care! fyi. by design the battery delays kickin by design due to grid rules.
