About this app

# Welcome to Bashlomo

Bashlomo is a comprehensive platform designed to seamlessly connect organizations with their communities. Built specifically for choirs, parishes, church groups, and community organizations, Bashlomo provides a secure, interactive, and intuitive environment for sharing publications, music scores, news, events, and other essential resources.

Whether you’re exploring public content as a guest or signing in to access personalized materials, Bashlomo puts everything you need at your fingertips — even when you’re offline.

## For Communities & Members

### Rich, Interactive Content

Bring your publications to life. Bashlomo supports embedded audio, video links, and interactive tags directly within documents, making it easy to listen to vocal section tracks, watch reference videos, or access additional resources while reviewing your materials.

### True Offline Access

Internet connectivity isn’t always reliable, especially in rehearsal spaces, churches, or event venues. Download your publications once and access them anytime, anywhere — including embedded audio and other available resources, even without an internet connection.

### Built-In Annotations

Make your materials your own. Add personal notes, highlight important sections, and keep your annotations securely stored within the app. Your notes stay exactly where you left them, making it easy to pick up where you left off.

### Stay Informed

Never miss an important announcement, rehearsal change, event, or community update. Organizations can send news and messages directly to members through Bashlomo, keeping everyone informed and connected.

### Guest & Member Access

Explore public publications and general news without an account, or sign in to unlock personalized content and resources specifically shared with you by your organization.

## For Organizations & Directors

### Targeted Distribution

Put the right content in the right hands. Bashlomo lets administrators create customized user groups and distribute materials to specific audiences. Share a music score exclusively with the bass section, an itinerary with the orchestra, or dedicated resources with a particular choir or parish group.

### Secure Publishing

Keep control of your organization's content and internal resources. Bashlomo provides a secure environment for distributing publications and materials, ensuring that content is accessible only to the intended audience.

### Direct Communication

Strengthen communication with your community through a dedicated channel for news, announcements, event reminders, and important updates. Keep members and the wider public informed without relying on multiple communication platforms.

## Stay Connected with Bashlomo

Bashlomo brings your organization’s content, communication, and community together in one place. From music scores and interactive publications to announcements and personalized resources, Bashlomo helps organizations stay organized while keeping their communities engaged, informed, and connected — wherever they are, online or offline.
