The NO THANKS app arrived not a minute to late. I checked my home for products and services, changed my bank. In store I discovered products showing country made in as inaccurate, originally from Isreal but exported through different countries. A very sneaky tactic I would have remained unaware of if I hadn't used this amazing app. Of course, it's had to evolve quickly, with its huge number of users. Importantly, it's safe, secure, and on the right side of history. Help for us feeling helpless.

Most companies that are on the list I don't associate with. Some I was surprised to see, and some were a no-brainer. The problem is that most of these companies are under the umbrella of another. For example Intel is on the list but not Asus, and Asus recently took over the Intel NUC computing line of PC's. Apple and Google are also on the list and this app is on both platforms. Best you can do is strip the list down as far as you can by showing no support. Very useful app. I highly recommend!

This app works just as advertised. Simple, fast and effective. There seems to be a concerted effort to defame it by saying it does not recognize items. But it worked for everything I tried it on. If your bar code is not recognized, pull the phone back from the code slowly and it will recognize it. At the end it is just a scanner and comparison against a database. Not a lot can go wrong in app functionality. The real work is maintaining the lists. Kudos to the team on that.
