Basic-Note is a notes app for people who want to write something down and find it later without fuss. Open it, start a note, and leave. Your words stay on the device.

Use it as a notepad for daily thoughts, work lists, study notes, shopping ideas, or longer writing. Notes can sit in folders, carry tags, and be marked as favorites or pinned so the important ones stay easy to reach. Search looks through titles, text, folders, and tags while you type.

The editor is made for comfortable writing. You can shape the text, add a checklist, attach a photo or a file, or keep a short voice note with the page. A reminder can be set for a date and time so a note comes back when you need it. Archived notes stay out of the main list, and deleted notes wait in the trash until you restore them or remove them for good.

Basic-Note works without an internet connection. Notes are stored locally. You can export them, make a backup, and restore that backup when you choose. A lock can protect the app or a single note, with a PIN, a password, or biometrics when your device supports it.

The look stays simple in light or dark, or it can follow the device. The app can be used in many languages, and the layout follows right-to-left reading where needed. What you type is never rewritten for you.
