The Chairman is a football management game that puts you in the seat of the club PRESIDENT — not the head coach. You don't pick the starting eleven; you run the big picture.

Hire the right manager, balance the budget, make shrewd transfers and grow your facilities to take your club to the top. Your manager sets the tactics and the lineup; you watch the match on a 2D momentum screen and shape the club's future.
