About this app

Basu's Clinic App helps patient to quickly and easily access their pathological and other applicable reports. Reports are only accessible to valid registered patients or their representative only. Doctors of Basu's Clinic may also access their own patients’ reports.

The process to use the app for the first time:
1. After installation open the app and choose Login
2. Enter your Email Id and Password if you have previously register in this app or choose the link “Register as a new user”
3. If you are registering then enter your valid Email Id, a password with combination of upper case, lower case, number and symbol and also provide your mobile number as provided in the clinic (please note that both your email and mobile number will be verified using OTP)
4. An account verification email will be sent. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the mail and clink the link provided to verify the account. Some time it may take few minutes to reach the email.
5. After verification of email you may Login in the app
6. If your mobile number is not verified then please go to the Profile section and choose the link “Click here to verify your mobile number”
7. A SMS with the OTP will be sent your mobile number. Enter the OTP received in the verification screen and you are ready the check your reports associated with the mobile number.

Please note that all the reports are provisional and may be revised by the clinic.
