app is not working, error code says there's a bug, said to clear cache, restart phone, did that. still will not open. Nobody answers messages, nobody responds to emails, nothing. I've emailed a few times with legit concerns and not a peep back from Mitten people.

Can't even open after update, have over 600 points, not sure what I even can use points for. App needs direction and content and a reason for people to want to use it. 10/10 products, but the app needs some love.

finally got all the points i needed to redeem hoodie then the app starts having problems did the update and not the app wont even open terrible app very disappointed, mitten has been my go to since they dropped now i might be rethinking that hmmmmmmm
