I am very upset with the Mitten Extracts rewards app. I purchased three items with reward codes, but the system is broken. The 'scratch to scan' area is nearly impossible to scratch off properly. When it doesn't work, there is no functional place to manually type in the code. The alternative option to 'take a picture' fails to upload, and there is no submit button to be found. Additionally, the 3-gram devices with buttons are terrible; in my opinion,

Garbage! The app is supposed to let you scan for "points", to redeem for merch. The problem is the app will not scan anything, and will not let you upload a picture of your purchase either. No customer service, it so far is a total scam. I will not be purchasing anything from Mitten, from here on....

Validation doesn't work. The scanner doesn't read QR codes and taking a picture of the code does not do anything and I tried with 3 different products of ME. App is disappointing.
