it seems like during the last update, they replaced the entire app with a different company's app? You can't even browse either, as you just get an update pop up that goes to the other app's store page... Also if you guys are having trouble scanning take a picture of the qr code and put it up on a computer, zoom in so the camera can read the code

Customer service via email is actually fantastic, very prompt and very quick. I have five pods, all of them scanned into the app. However, the collections scan incorrectly. The app says I have two of the botanical collection cards, with 3 of them being duplicates. however, I only have 1 duplicate, and 4 individual physical cards. 2 of them are white, 3 of them are black (the physical dups are black). what's the point of having virtual trading if you don't scan the right cards to trade???

My first 2 products scanned in the app, but absolutely NONE of the products I've purchased in the past few months will scan. I have 19 products that do not scan and so far, app support is abysmal. I started an inquiry at the beginning of August, and have not received a response since 8/20. Don't waste your time with this product, and take your money elsewhere.
