Easy to use, super convenient. Just after a quick registration, you can proceed to order a battery for your car. They will tell you the specification of the battery and the price. Then, they will send out a technician to your location with the new battery. They'll take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to deliver the battery. After reaching your location, they will diagnose your car first. My problem wasnt the battery so, they did not charge me anything for it. Highly ecommended.

Easy to use. Response from the team and technician was quick, and they double checked to ensure you get the right battery for your car. Once confirmed, they came over quite fast to help replace the battery. Technician was also friendly. App wise - maybe improve the location search (as I could only manage to input a location nearby and not the exact location) and car and model list also was somewhat limited. (I couldn't find my car a Golf GTI MK7.5).

I had purchased a battery from bateriku but the information not available in the apps.. so, this makes the apps useless! Furthermore they were tried hard for not replaced the battery even the tester displayed to replace. The bateriku technician will start pushing your fuel pedals to ensure more charging to battery and try to make the battery more healthy. In short, when come to warranty to replace the battery, they will find a way to avoid it happen. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL !!!
