The app has been smooth and easy to use so far. However, I would recommend an improvement: adding an option to upload an image. When I tried to take a picture, the app’s camera screen exceeded the resolution of my phone screen, making it difficult to capture the image properly.

I've been a user for 3 years. Easy to use, prompt response from the team. The battery is also good in quality. My previous battery (astra brand, purple in color) was able to make it until 3 years before needing replacement.

Excellent and fast service. Car wouldn’t start at night, technician arrived within an hour with a temporary battery. Only RM30 charged. Battery was not faulty, just needed recharging. Issue resolved. Professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
