Bat-ID is your central hub for real estate.
Find your plots, property documents, and related information in a clear and concise space designed to help you better track and manage your assets.

With Bat-ID, you can:
locate your properties on the official Swiss cadastral map;
access essential information about your plots;
receive alerts when an official publication concerns your property or a monitored area;
organize your plans, invoices, warranties, contracts, and photos by property and tag;
add your files or connect to a cloud service you already use;
select and share documents via link or QR code;
share your plots and certain documents securely with family and friends in a private space;
manage multiple properties from a single account.

A solution designed for your real estate. Each plot becomes the central point to which your documents, alerts, and publicly available information can be linked. This gives you a clearer overview of your property, whether for daily management, maintenance, renovation, sale, or transfer.
The storage space provided by Bat-ID is hosted in Switzerland. You can also connect certain external cloud services and keep your files in their original location.

Information Availability
Cadastral mapping is available in all 26 cantons. Monitoring of official publications is currently active in the canton of Valais and will be progressively expanded as sources become available. Municipal information and additional geodata depend on the content published by each municipality.

Data relating to building permits comes from official public sources, including the Federal Portal of Official Publications (https://www.amtsblattportal.ch) and cantonal official notices.
