Worst app for taxi. Worst customer support. We book a taxi at 20:00, at 20:45 still nothing come. There is no customer support in the app. So you have to call the taxi provider. Once you speak english, they hang up on you. You can't email to Urbi but you have to contact taxi provider directly. Hope we can find some way to get a refund.

EDIT: They have addressed and solved the problem of some missing train solutions, so I'm happy to give 5 stars for an app that now works very well. Good job. PREVIOUS: It seems great, but it doesn't display all train solutions in Italy (Trenitalia)... so I didn't manage to use it

Enable to use it because I am not using an Italian phone number. Unfortunately, I see many apps (not only for Italy) can't be downloaded or used unless you are registered under a provider from that country, so...dear app developers, please take into consideration that expats or people that travel a lot are unable to use your apps

What’s new

Exciting news! In this release, we’re introducing a brand-new integration with Dott. Just like with Cooltra, Voi, and Bit, you can now rent Dott bikes and escooters.
We’ve also expanded our Trenitalia ticketing options with two additions: tiRimborso, making it easier to request refunds for eligible tickets directly within the App; Lounge Access option, allowing you to enjoy Trenitalia’s exclusive lounges.
